Gillian Anderson was the moment at the 2024 Golden Globes.

The "Sex Education" actress, 55, wowed the award ceremony red carpet Sunday night in a strapless, ivory corset gown custom designed by Gabriella Hearst featuring embroidered vulvas.

"It has vaginas on it," the award-winning actress told Deadline on the red carpet, adding that she wore the gown for "so many reasons."

With a smirk, she added: "It's brand appropriate."

On Instagram Monday, Anderson shared her outfit details on Instagram along with her signature "#yonioftheday."

The custom gown was made entirely in New York City's garment district. "Each motif took approximately 3.5 hours to embroider," according to a press release from the designer.

Anderson accessorized with Chopard jewelry, plus silver shoes and a mini bag by Aquazzura.

The look was fitting for the actress, who portrays Jean Milburn, a sex therapist and overbearing mother to teen son Otis Milburn (Asa Butterfield) on "Sex Education." In the show, Anderson's character often hosted vagina workshops and had vulva-inspired art throughout her home.

"During the first season of the show, because there were so many great props in Jean's house that looked like penises and yonis. I took lots of pictures of them while we were filming and the girl who helped me with social media said, 'I think you might get banned.' We weren’t sure if putting up penis pictures would backfire, but so far it’s been alright," Anderson told British Vogue in January 2020 of her "#yonioftheday" and "#penisoftheday" series' on social media.

She added: "Now people send me stuff that they've seen – shadows, plants, basically anything that looks like a penis or yoni. Sometimes it can be hard to capture them, like if you're in a cab going through London and you see something. I haven't gotten to a point yet when I’m like, 'Stop the cab!' But I guess I might."

In July, Netflix announced the fourth season of "Sex Education" would be its last.

Creator Laurie Nunn said she was "incredibly proud" of what the series has accomplished in the last four years, according to Netflix.

"We ... feel indebted to our brilliant writers, cast and crew who put so much heart into making every episode. They have worked tirelessly to bring you the final series, and we can't wait to share it with you."
