The Kardashian-Jenner family has added a new member.
Kourtney Kardashian Barker, 44, and husband Travis Barker, 47, welcomed their first child together, son Rocky Thirteen Barker, according to reports published Saturday.
People was the first outlet to report the baby boy's arrival Saturday, citing sources. Soon after that, TMZ published its story on the baby's arrival, also citing sources. TMZ had previously reported Thursday sightings of Barker and Kylie Jenner at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
USA TODAY has reached out to representatives for Kardashian and Barker for more information.
Fans started speculating the Barker baby might be arriving after Blink-182 had to postpone several of its U.K. shows due to Barker's "urgent family matter," the band said Sept. 1.
In June, the Barkers announced with a literal drumroll and blue streamers that they were expecting a baby boy, as shared in an Instagram video from their gender reveal party.
Earlier that month, the Poosh founder and "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star made a grand gesture out of her pregnancy reveal by holding up a sign that read "Travis, I'm pregnant" during a Blink-182 show in Los Angeles. The reveal was a nod to the band's music video for their 1999 song "All The Small Things."
The couple had their third wedding ceremony in Portofino, Italy, in May 2022, right after legally tying the knot. The first time they said "I do" was "in a land far, far away (Las Vegas) at 2am, after an epic night and a little tequila," Kardashian Barker wrote in an April 2022 Instagram post.
They went to "the only open chapel with an Elvis and got married (with no license)."
Kardashian Barker shares kids Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 8, with ex Scott Disick. Barker shares kids Landon, 19, and Alabama, 17, with ex Shanna Moakler (Barker was also stepfather to Moakler's daughter with Oscar De la Hoya, Atiana).

In October, Kourtney Kardashian detailed in an interview with Vogue the ultrasound and emergency surgery that "saved" her baby's life.
Her pregnancy, which was categorized as geriatric, came with more restrictions than her previous three pregnancies. But the restrictions were, in part, due to the urgent fetal surgery she underwent in September.
"It was terrifying. After, I learned that insurance typically only covers two ultrasounds when you're pregnant, I had no idea," she said. "I've always been lucky enough to do more than what insurance covers, and it's one of those ultrasounds that saved my baby's life."
She also told Vogue she felt "pressured" to do IVF, eventually stopping because it went against her "intuition."
"We just got pregnant naturally," she said. "It was an indescribable feeling. Shock, then super-happy, fear sets in, worry, but I remembered then to have gratitude."
