Frankie Valli has been granted a restraining order against his oldest son Francesco Valli.
The "Jersey Boys" star's eldest son is required to stay at least 100 yards away from the 90-year-old singer and his property and was granted a no contact order through 2027, according to a judgment filed in a Los Angeles court on April 29.
Frankie's son Emilio Valli, 29, petitioned for a domestic violence restraining order on April 8, including his father as an additional protected person, following an alleged incident at The Four Seasons singer's home on April 5.
In the filing, Emilio alleged his 36-year-old brother "attempted to break into Frankie Valli's property" and while waiting for officers, his brother "repeatedly threated to harm or kill" him.
Emilio stated the threats followed a "pattern for the past several months with numerous threats" against him and their father as well as "constant attempts to enter" Frankie's home.

USA TODAY has reached out to reps for Frankie and Emilio to comment.
Emilio added in the filing that their family believes Francesco is "addicted to opiates" and "threats have escalated" after Frankie made his financial support of his oldest son contingent on Francesco entering a residential drug treatment program.
He also claimed his brother has stolen his personal items and sold them.
The permanently granted order of protection came days before Frankie was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Friday. Emilio and his twin brother, Brando Valli, attended the ceremony.
"This is really a highlight of my life, especially having my sons here and my wife sitting right there," Frankie said during his speech on the podium, calling for the trio to stand up briefly.
Frankie shares Francesco, Emilio and Brando with his ex-wife Randy Clohessy and daughters Antonia Valli and Francine Valli with ex-wife Mary Mandel.
