Although there are still 14 teams competing for the Super Bowl, there are 18 fanbases looking ahead to the 2024 NFL season already. Thankfully, NFL opponents are set.
There may still be eight months between now and the start of the next regular season, but it's never too early to start daydreaming about how your favorite team, which went 5-12 this season, can totally reach the Super Bowl next year if a few things go correctly.
Outside of the six divisional games every season, the rest of each team's NFL schedule can make or break a team's season. Even the best teams can find themselves in rough water heading into the playoffs with a schedule that has them face each of their toughest opponents on the road. With that, here is the full list of home/away opponents in 2024.

2024 NFL schedule: Most exciting NFL matchups
In a year full of question marks, with teams and players constantly having to prove that 2023 either was or was not a fluke, there are bound to be several incredible matchups. Here are our picks for the most anticipated NFL games of 2024.

Jacksonville Jaguars at Chicago Bears
While it is still unknown what the Chicago Bears are going to do with the first overall pick, the consensus seems to be that they will move on from Justin Fields and draft Caleb Williams. Williams is well-regarded as the best quarterback prospect since Trevor Lawrence...well, they could be going head-to-head as early as next season.
San Francisco 49ers at Miami Dolphins
Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel has become one of the most beloved head coaches in the NFL. However, his genius offensive mind may only be topped by his mentor, Kyle Shanahan. These two have faced each other one other time with Shanahan coming out on top 33-17 on Dec. 4, 2022.
Buffalo Bills at Baltimore Ravens
Despite these teams consistently being near the top of the AFC standings, they've only faced each other once in the regular season since 2020. While they did face each other in the playoffs in 2021, that game does not really count since Lamar Jackson had to leave the game early after suffering a concussion. With how hot the Bills were to end the year and how good the Ravens were throughout the entirety of this season, this will be a must-watch game for any serious NFL fan.
Las Vegas Raiders at New Orleans Saints
A revenge game for Saints quarterback Derek Carr. While he did not put together a particularly great season his first year with the Saints, Carr will likely show out to make his former team regret letting him walk away. Throw in the fact that the Raiders may draft a quarterback in the first round this year and you've got the makings of a great contest.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Kansas City Chiefs
A rematch of the 2021 Super Bowl, both teams feel very different now. The Chiefs could obviously rebound after a lackluster season on the offensive side of the ball. But even if they do, there is no Tyreek Hill, an entirely new offensive line, and an aging Travis Kelce for the Chiefs now. The Bucs, meanwhile, obviously don't have Tom Brady anymore.
The Bucs served Mahomes one of the most embarrassing losses of his young career in that Super Bowl. You can bet he holds at least a little bit of a grudge.
