Brazil gets its first-ever regular season game, and it's something of a treat: Two of the NFL's best young passers in Jordan Love and Jalen Hurts face off in a battle of NFC contender hopefuls in Week 1.
The NFL international series gets back underway a month later in Week 5, when the Jets and Vikings meet in New White Hart Lane in London. McCarthy, the Vikings' first-round selection, as he potentially faces off against the ferocious Jets defense led by Sauce Gardner and Co.
It's a showdown of No. 1 picks: Caleb Williams, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NFL draft, takes his talents overseas to face on AFC championship hopeful Jacksonville, led by 2021 No. 1 pick Trevor Lawrence.
The tripleheader of NFL London matchups concludes with the Jaguars facing off against the Patriots in Week 7. With six games under their belts, NFL fans should get a good feel of the new era of Patriots, led by head coach Jerod Mayo and quarterback Drake Maye.
The final matchup of the 2024 NFL slate features the Panthers and Giants. The Panthers are looking to rebound from a disappointing season in which 2023 No. 1 pick Bryce Young underdelivered, while the Giants are hoping that a retooled offense featuring wideout Malik Nabers can keep them in the NFC playoff hunt in 2024.
